North Dakota Dual-Credit Tuition Scholarship

One-time tuition and fee assistance for qualifying ND residents who completed dual-credit coursework in high school and enter an eligible ND certificate or degree program.

Eligibility

  • Be an ND resident with a qualifying ND high-school or home-education graduation route, or eligible bordering-state public/nonpublic route.
  • Complete at least one high-school dual-credit course at a qualifying public, private or tribal institution physically in ND, earning at least a D.
  • Enroll in a certificate or degree program at an accredited qualifying ND institution and complete at least one postsecondary term before payment.
  • Have not previously received this one-time scholarship.

Requirements

  • Apply through NDSAMS and provide final high-school/home-education, dual-credit and current-college transcripts; unofficial transcripts are accepted.
  • Graduating seniors may apply once their final high-school transcript is available. If the first college term is not complete, follow NDUS instructions for a blank college-transcript upload and later verification.
  • Confirm your institution and course eligibility with NDUS; no fixed annual application deadline is published.
