Eligibility

  • Current high school junior who lives in OR attends school within SYEMC's service area.
  • Be selected as one of SYEMC's two Youth Tour representatives; the college award is tied to that selection.

  • Submit the current Youth Tour application and recommendation letter(s); verify college-award payment conditions with sponsor.
