Eligibility

  • Graduating high-school senior whose parent or guardian is a Halifax EMC member.
  • Accepted for full-time study at an accredited North Carolina college, university, community, junior, vocational or technical school.

Requirements

  • Provide counselor-certified academics, transcript, school recommendation, activities, photo and family financial information.
  • Confirm current form; disclose any full scholarship from another source and verify award relinquishment rules.
