Eligibility

  • Graduating high-school senior whose parent or guardian is a Halifax EMC member.
  • Accepted for full-time study at an accredited North Carolina college, university, community, junior, vocational or technical school.

Requirements

  • Submit counselor-certified academic information, official transcript, one school recommendation, activity list, photo and FAFSA Submission Summary.
