Eligibility

  • Reside in Four County EMC service territory within Sampson, Pender, Bladen, Duplin, Cumberland, Onslow or Columbus County.
  • Be a Four County EMC member OR live in a Four County-served home.
  • Apply through Bladen, James Sprunt, Cape Fear or Sampson Community College, meeting that college's current requirements.
