Eligibility

  • Be a Civic member with an individual Savings Account or joint Savings Account with a parent or guardian.
  • Be a graduating high-school senior with unweighted GPA of at least 3.5.
  • Plan full-time attendance at a two- or four-year college or university; verify the expanded two-year option in the current application.
