Eligibility

  • Latest cycle: graduate high school in 2026 and enter a four-year institution full-time in 2026–27.
  • Be a member or member's child, with the member in good standing for twelve consecutive months by September 1, 2026.
  • Have high-school GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Student or guardian must register for the October 2, 2026 annual meeting by participating in the director election online or by mail.
