Eligibility

  • Be a U.S. citizen of Native Hawaiian ancestry as defined by the program.
  • Be enrolled full-time in a fully accredited eligible health-professions program.
  • Attend an eligible accredited program in the United States or an eligible U.S. territory.
  • Begin qualifying classes by the program's applicable academic-year deadline.
  • Pursue an eligible health profession.
  • Agree to fulfill the required service commitment in Hawaii.

  • Provide required documentation establishing Native Hawaiian ancestry.
  • Provide enrollment and academic documentation.
  • Meet the requirements for an eligible health-professions discipline.
