  • Be a graduating senior or current college student planning undergraduate or graduate study the next year at an accredited US college, university or vocational-technical school.

  • Available packet requests a one-page essay about an influential teacher, transcripts, two unrelated references and a current or senior-class photo.
  • High school seniors also supply college/university acceptance evidence.
