Eligibility

  • Be an eligible Montana High School Rodeo senior.

  • Intend to continue a rodeo career during college.
  • Demonstrate character and a commitment to serving the community.
  • Demonstrate the desire and ability to perpetuate the gift.

Requirements

  • Complete the Montana Pro Rodeo Hall and Wall of Fame scholarship application.
  • Provide requested academic, rodeo, community-service, educational-plan, and financial information.
  • Complete the required application responses.
  • Attend the required scholarship interview during the Montana High School Rodeo State Finals.

How to Apply

  1. 1Complete the official scholarship application.
  2. 2Submit it to the MHSRA State Office by the stated deadline.
  3. 3Applications mailed for 2026 had to be postmarked by May 25; emailed applications had to be received by May 25.
  4. 4Attend the mandatory scholarship interview during the State Finals.
  5. 5If selected, scholarship funds are paid directly to the accredited college or university.
