Eligibility

  • Be an MNLA Active member who is a Montana resident, or a family member or employee of an MNLA Active member company.
  • Be a high school senior or be currently enrolled in higher education for the award semester.
  • Qualifying education may include vocational school, trade school, community college, bachelor's, master's, or PhD study.
  • Horticulture-related study is strongly aligned with the association's mission, although other degree programs may be considered.

Requirements

  • Complete the current MNLA College/University Study scholarship application.
  • Provide the education and program information requested by MNLA.
  • Explain the proposed course of study and its connection to the applicant's educational or career goals.
  • Submit all supporting information required by the current application.

How to Apply

  1. 1Confirm your MNLA membership, family, or employment connection.
  2. 2Complete the College/University Study scholarship application.
  3. 3Submit the application by November 1 for the fall application period.
  4. 4If MNLA offers its additional spring application period, submit by March 31.
  5. 5Applications are reviewed by the MNLA Board of Directors.
