The Missouri Farm Bureau Ambassador Scholarship recognizes young agricultural leaders selected through their county Farm Bureau to compete at the statewide Missouri Farm Bureau Annual Meeting. Two ambassadors are selected to represent agriculture and Farm Bureau for one year while receiving educational scholarships.

Eligibility

  • Be selected by the applicant's county Farm Bureau to participate in the statewide competition.
  • Be between 17 and 22 years old.
  • The applicant's family must have held Farm Bureau membership for at least one year before the September 30 deadline.
  • Be enrolled or plan to enroll in a two-year college, four-year college or university, or vocational or technical school.
  • Meet all county and statewide Ambassador program requirements.

Requirements

  • Contact the applicant's county Farm Bureau for nomination and application information.
  • Complete the county-level Ambassador selection process.
  • If selected by the county, participate in the statewide Ambassador competition.
  • Complete all materials and activities required by Missouri Farm Bureau.
