The Elevate Award is a continuing-education scholarship from Minnesota Aviation Career Education Camp supporting aviation professionals at any stage of their careers. Awards may fund education, flight training, professional development, conferences, career services, books, supplies, and other resources that help applicants advance in aviation.

Eligibility
- Be pursuing or advancing a career in aviation.
- Applicants at any stage of their aviation career are eligible.
- Use requested funding for an aviation-related education, training, professional-development, or career-advancement opportunity or necessary resource.
- Applicants may apply during up to three consecutive application windows.
- An individual may receive a maximum of two Elevate Awards.
Requirements
- Complete the Elevate Award application.
- Submit one essay of at least 250 words.
- Describe future aviation career goals.
- Describe previous education and experience, including a significant learning experience or insight.
- Explain how the requested award would advance your aviation goals.
- Submit one letter of recommendation from a non-relative adult.
- Provide transcripts, report cards, or certificates of completion when requesting reimbursement for previously completed qualifying expenses.
- Provide documentation supporting the amount and purpose of the requested funding.
How to Apply
- 1Identify the aviation education, training, professional-development, or career resource you want the award to fund.
- 2Determine the actual cost and request only the amount needed.
- 3Complete the online Elevate Award application between September 1 and October 31.
- 4Write the required 250-word-minimum essay describing your aviation background, goals, significant learning experiences, and how the award would help.
- 5Obtain one recommendation letter from a non-relative adult who knows you well.
- 6Attach supporting cost documentation and any required academic or completion records.
- 7Submit the complete application by October 31.
- 8Awards are announced on GivingTuesday.
