Eligibility

  • Be qualifying public safety personnel with at least six years of service or a qualifying dependent child of public safety personnel with at least ten years of service.
  • Meet Missouri residency requirements.
  • Have not already earned a bachelor's degree.
  • Enroll in an approved institution or training program for a qualifying degree or credential.
  • Meet occupation-specific eligible program requirements.
  • File the FAFSA.

Requirements

  • Complete the application through the State Financial Aid Portal.
  • Submit proof of public safety employment, service, license, certification, or dependent eligibility as applicable.
  • Submit the required employment verification form.
  • Complete the FAFSA.
