Eligibility

  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise lawfully present.
  • Be a Missouri resident.
  • Be between ages 17 and 22.
  • Be the child of a worker who was seriously injured or died from a qualifying work-related accident or occupational disease covered by workers' compensation.
  • Enroll at least half-time at a participating Missouri institution.
  • Meet the program's financial-need requirement.

Requirements

  • Complete the FAFSA.
  • Complete the Kids' Chance scholarship application.
  • Provide documentation required to establish the qualifying workers' compensation circumstances.

How to Apply
