Eligibility

  • Be at least 25 years old, or meet the applicable two-year non-enrollment requirement for younger students or apprentices.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Meet Missouri residency or qualifying active-duty military/spouse requirements.
  • Have not earned a bachelor's degree.
  • Meet the applicable household income limit.
  • Students must enroll at least half-time in an approved high-demand program.
  • Apprentices must participate in an approved U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeship designated by MDHEWD.

Requirements

  • Complete the Fast Track application through the State Financial Aid Portal.
  • Upload the most recent Missouri 1040 Individual Income Tax Return or qualifying federal return for active-duty military applicants.
  • Complete the FAFSA if required for the applicant's program.
