Eligibility

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Be a Missouri resident.
  • Enroll in eligible dual credit or dual enrollment coursework through an approved Missouri college or university.
  • Have at least a 2.5 unweighted cumulative high school GPA.
  • Meet at least one qualifying indicator of financial need.

Requirements

  • Complete the electronic application through the State Financial Aid Portal.
  • Submit a high school transcript showing the required unweighted GPA.
  • Submit documentation establishing at least one qualifying financial-need criterion.
  • Submit a parent or legal guardian release form.
