Eligibility

  • Be a senior or graduate of a Missouri high school located within the geographic boundary of the APWA Missouri Chapter.
  • Plan to enroll in an accredited technical school or technical college.
  • Pursue a program leading to a career in public works.
  • Eligible fields may include construction technology, surveying, heavy equipment operation, parks and grounds maintenance, building maintenance, fleet maintenance, or related fields.
  • Be a United States citizen or legal immigrant with appropriate valid documentation at the time of application.
  • Have permanent residence within the geographic boundary of the APWA Missouri Chapter.
  • Have not previously received the same APWA Missouri Chapter or Branch scholarship.

Requirements

  • Complete the APWA scholarship application.
  • Submit one letter of reference from an active Missouri APWA Chapter member or a non-family personal mentor.
  • Up to one additional reference letter may be submitted.
  • Submit an official high school transcript.

How to Apply
