The Bluejay PSEO/REACH Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors who earned college credit through Minnesota West's PSEO or REACH concurrent enrollment programs and continue at Minnesota West after graduation to complete an eligible degree, diploma, or certificate.

Eligibility

  • Graduate from high school in May or June 2026.
  • Have earned at least nine Minnesota West college credits through PSEO and/or REACH concurrent enrollment.
  • Have earned a grade of C or better in the qualifying Minnesota West credits.
  • Continue education at Minnesota West Community & Technical College.
  • Enroll in at least nine credits during Fall 2026.
  • Enroll in at least nine credits during Spring 2027.
  • Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA each term.
  • Pursue an AA, AS, AAS degree, diploma, or certificate program at Minnesota West.

Requirements

  • Complete the Bluejay PSEO/REACH Scholarship application.
  • Re-apply to Minnesota West as a new student seeking admission after high school.
  • Request an official final high school transcript after graduation.
  • Maintain required enrollment and GPA standards.

How to Apply

  1. 1Apply or re-apply to Minnesota West as a new student seeking admission.
  2. 2Confirm completion of at least nine qualifying PSEO and/or REACH credits with grades of C or better.
  3. 3Complete the Bluejay PSEO/REACH Scholarship application.
  4. 4Submit the application by August 1.
  5. 5Enroll in at least nine credits each semester and maintain the required 2.0 cumulative GPA.
