Eligibility
- Be a veteran who meets the applicable Minnesota statutory definition and eligibility requirements.
- Be a Minnesota resident.
- Have exhausted, through use, all available GI Bill education benefits.
- Have not earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Remain a Minnesota resident student while using the educational assistance.
- Use the benefit toward eligible tuition associated with completing a bachelor's degree.
Requirements
- Complete the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Education Assistance application process.
- Provide documentation establishing eligible veteran status.
- Provide proof of Minnesota residency.
- Document exhaustion of applicable GI Bill education benefits.
- Provide enrollment and tuition information from the educational institution.
- Provide proof of tuition payment if requesting reimbursement.
