Eligibility

  • Be a Minnesota HOSA member.
  • Have made a significant contribution to starting a new HOSA chapter at your own school.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership in establishing the chapter.
  • Demonstrate independent initiative.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the year to help the chapter grow and remain sustainable.

Requirements

  • Complete the Minnesota HOSA scholarship application.
  • Document your role in starting and developing the new HOSA chapter.
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and sustained involvement.
  • Have the required advisor letter of recommendation submitted by the separate recommendation deadline.

How to Apply

  1. 1Confirm eligibility as a Minnesota HOSA member who helped start a chapter at your own school.
  2. 2Complete the scholarship application during the annual application period.
  3. 3Describe your individual role in establishing and developing the chapter.
  4. 4Show how your involvement continued beyond simply creating the chapter.
