Eligibility

  • Be an enrolled Mille Lacs Band member or qualifying first-generation descendant.
  • Generally be at least 18 years old, unless participating as a minor in an eligible adult education or Band-endorsed opportunity.
  • Participate in an activity approved under the Educational Enrichment Program.
  • Contact the Higher Education Office before applying to confirm that the proposed activity is eligible.

  • Provide justification, activity cost, and contact information.
  • Apply at least four weeks before the activity.
  • Complete the required post-activity Verification of Completion process.
