mikeroweWORKS Work Ethic Scholarship Program

Eligibility

• Be a United States citizen.
• Be a high school senior or high school graduate.
• Be enrolled or plan to enroll in an approved skilled-trades or career-training program at an accredited school.
• The qualifying program must be two years or less in length.
• Four-year degree programs are not eligible.
• Sign the mikeroweWORKS S.W.E.A.T. Pledge.
• Provide an official tuition bill or cost statement from the school.

Requirements

• Complete the Work Ethic Scholarship Program application.
• Review and sign the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge.
• Answer four short-answer questions related to the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge.
• Record and submit a short applicant video.
• Provide two references from teachers, employers, or supervisors.
• Submit the most recent high school or college transcript.
• Submit an official tuition bill or cost statement from the school.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that your training program appears on the mikeroweWORKS approved-program list and lasts no more than two years.
2. 2Complete the applicant and school information in the online application.
3. 3Read and sign the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge.
4. 4Complete the four required short-answer questions.
5. 5Record and submit the required short applicant video.
6. 6Provide contact information for two strong references from teachers, employers, or supervisors.
7. 7Upload your most recent high school or college transcript.
8. 8Upload an official tuition bill or cost statement from your school.
9. 9Submit the application by the applicable 2026 award-round deadline.
10. 10Applicants who miss an earlier round may apply for a later round while the annual application remains open.
