  • Eligible communities have historically included Helena, Townsend, Boulder, Lincoln, White Sulphur Springs, and Augusta.

  • Plan to pursue education or training after high school.
  • College, university, trade, and technical education may qualify.
  • Demonstrate perseverance in overcoming adversity.
