Eligibility

  • Be pursuing Civil Engineering Technician or qualifying engineering technology education.
  • Be a full-time student.
  • Be a Minnesota resident or be employed by a Minnesota county or city.
  • Meet all requirements contained in the current MCEA Engineering Technician Scholarship application.

Requirements

  • Complete the Engineering Technician Scholarship application.
  • Provide academic and technical-program information.
  • Provide requested education, employment, and career information.
  • Complete required written responses.
  • Submit the required instructor recommendation form.

How to Apply

  1. 1Confirm full-time enrollment in a qualifying Civil Engineering Technician or engineering technology program.
  2. 2Confirm Minnesota residency or qualifying employment with a Minnesota county or city.
  3. 3Obtain the current application through your CET department, a county engineer, or MCEA.
