Eligibility

  • Be nominated by an advisor or college staff member.
  • Attend a two-year Minnesota State community or technical college.
  • Have graduated from high school before entering Minnesota State.
  • Be in good academic standing.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • PSEO students are ineligible.
  • A student may receive the award only once.
  • No more than one nomination may be submitted from a college or university.

  • Meet LeadMN's World Citizen Award selection criteria.
