Eligibility

  • Be a Maine resident.
  • Be enrolled at least half-time at an eligible institution.
  • Be pursuing an initial undergraduate certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • For the 2026-2027 academic year, generally have a Student Aid Index of 10,000 or less.
  • File the FAFSA for the 2026-2027 academic year.

How to Apply
