Eligibility

  • Be pursuing higher education in a curriculum related to agribusiness.
  • Plan to enter or continue toward a career in the agriculture or agribusiness industry.
  • Agree, as a condition of accepting the scholarship, to work for a Michigan Agri-Business Association member during the summer months.
  • Students may receive up to four MABA Educational Trust scholarships during their educational career.

Requirements

  • Complete the Michigan Agri-Business Association Educational Trust Scholarship application.
  • Provide all information and supporting materials requested on the current scholarship application.
  • If selected and accepting the scholarship, agree to work for a MABA member during the summer months.

How to Apply

  1. 1Review the current Michigan Agri-Business Association Educational Trust scholarship application.
  2. 2Complete all required sections of the application.
  3. 3Describe your agribusiness-related education and career plans where requested.
  4. 4Submit the complete application by June 1 for fall-semester scholarship consideration or October 1 for spring-semester scholarship consideration.
  5. 5If selected, fulfill the summer employment requirement with a Michigan Agri-Business Association member.
