Eligibility

  • Have graduated from a Minnesota high school.
  • Be enrolled full time at 12 or more credits or part time at 6-11 credits.
  • Attend Minnesota State or another accredited Minnesota postsecondary institution.
  • Have at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • PSEO and graduate students are ineligible.
  • Preference is given to students demonstrating financial need.

Requirements

  • Complete the online application.
  • Submit essays addressing academic, career, and personal goals; educational support; future impact; and LeadMN's core values.
  • Submit one recommendation letter from college staff.
  • Submit an unofficial transcript.
