Eligibility
- Be a graduate of an accredited Kentucky high school or a Kentucky resident with a high school diploma.
- Meet admission requirements for an approved Construction Management program.
- Plan to attend Eastern Kentucky University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, Northern Kentucky University, or Western Kentucky University.
- Freshman applicants must have a minimum composite ACT score of 24.
- Agree to work full-time for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet after graduation.

Requirements
