Eligibility
- Be a graduate of an accredited Kentucky high school or a Kentucky resident with a high school diploma or GED.
- Meet admission requirements for Bluegrass Community and Technical College or Big Sandy Community and Technical College.
- Pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology.
- Agree to work full-time for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet after graduation.
Requirements
