The Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship (KEES) rewards Kentucky students for strong academic performance throughout high school. Students earn scholarship funds based on their cumulative GPA and may increase their award through qualifying ACT, SAT, or Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge Advanced International (CAI), or GED test scores.

Eligibility

  • Attend an eligible Kentucky high school or qualify through an approved homeschool or GED pathway.
  • Earn KEES awards through qualifying cumulative GPA and eligible test scores.
  • Enroll at an eligible participating postsecondary institution.
