Keath Killebrew Charisma Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a resident of Mississippi.
• Be a current high school senior or an individual pursuing postsecondary training, education, or certification.
• Plan to study agriculture or a related field.
• Have a proven work history.
• Demonstrate a passion for agriculture.
• Demonstrate a desire to help and serve others.

Requirements

• Complete the Keath Killebrew Charisma Scholarship application.
• Provide a resume including education, work history, extracurricular activities, volunteer service, community service, and other relevant information.
• Submit a video introduction and statement no longer than three minutes.
• Provide two letters of reference.
• Complete responses to all required essay prompts.
• Limit each essay response to no more than 500 words.
• Combine all essay responses into one PDF document using 12-point font and double spacing.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that you meet the Mississippi residency and agriculture-related education requirements.
2. 2Complete the current online scholarship application.
3. 3Prepare a detailed resume covering your education, work history, activities, and service.
4. 4Record a video of no more than three minutes introducing yourself, explaining your passion for agriculture, and describing how you can use agricultural knowledge to help others.
5. 5Request two references who can speak to your work ethic, interpersonal skills, and desire to help others.
6. 6Complete each required essay response and combine the essays into one PDF.
7. 7Upload or link the required video and provide all supporting materials.
8. 8Submit the complete application by the current scholarship deadline.
