Eligibility

  • Be a Kansas resident.
  • Be admitted to or enrolled at a participating Kansas institution with an Army ROTC program.
  • Be accepted into the Kansas Army National Guard ROTC program.
  • Agree to accept a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Kansas Army National Guard.
  • Agree to serve at least four years as a commissioned officer in the Kansas Army National Guard.
  • Meet all Army ROTC, Kansas National Guard, and Kansas Board of Regents eligibility requirements.

Requirements

  • Complete the Kansas ROTC Service Scholarship application.
  • Meet Army ROTC admission requirements.
  • Meet Kansas Army National Guard enlistment and commissioning requirements.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  • Remain in good standing with the ROTC program.
