Eligibility

  • Be a Kansas resident.
  • Be a member of an eligible ethnic minority group as defined by Kansas law.
  • Be accepted for admission to or enrolled full-time at an eligible Kansas postsecondary institution.
  • Demonstrate financial need through the FAFSA.
  • Meet at least one of the program's academic qualification criteria.

Requirements

  • Complete the FAFSA.
  • Submit the State of Kansas Student Aid Application.
  • Submit the Ethnic Minority Scholarship Information Form completed by a high school official if you are a new applicant.
  • Meet one of the academic qualification criteria.

How to Apply
