Eligibility

  • Be a Kansas resident.
  • Enroll full-time at an eligible Kansas public university, Washburn University, or participating private college or university.
  • Demonstrate financial need as determined through the FAFSA.
  • Be pursuing your first undergraduate degree.
  • Meet all institutional and Kansas Board of Regents eligibility requirements.
