Eligibility

  • Be an undergraduate or PSEO student at a Minnesota State technical or consolidated college.
  • Have at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • Priority is given to HVAC, electrical, construction, and other hands-on trade programs requiring tool purchases.

Requirements
