The John Bisignano and Bettina Swirkal Memorial Scholarship Fund supports talented young artists who may struggle financially. Maine Community Foundation partners with Maine College of Art and Design to provide scholarship assistance to eligible students enrolled full-time in a degree program in the visual arts. Preference is given to Maine residents and to students from Oceanside High School in Rockland.
