Eligibility

• Identify as a woman or nonbinary student.
• Be age 35 or older.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Pursue technical or vocational education, a first associate degree, or a first bachelor's degree.
• Attend an accredited U.S. institution.
• Meet all additional income and program requirements established for the applicable application cycle.

• Complete the Jeannette Rankin National Scholar Grant application.
