Eligibility

  • Be a graduating senior from Amesbury, Beverly, Gloucester, Hamilton-Wenham, Ipswich, Masconomet Regional, Pentucket Regional, Newburyport, Rockport, Salem, or Triton Regional High School.
  • Rank among the top 50 students academically in your graduating class.
  • If the school does not publish class rank, obtain confirmation from the Guidance Department that you are academically within the top 50 students.
  • Apply to or have been accepted for admission at an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrate qualities consistent with the Institution for Savings vision, including leadership, volunteerism, innovation, service, academic achievement, or a positive effect on others or the community.

Requirements

  • Complete the Institution for Savings scholarship application.
  • Submit a copy of your high school transcript.
  • Submit class rank or a Guidance Counselor letter confirming top-50 academic standing if the school does not publish class rank.
  • Submit a copy of your FAFSA confirmation page showing your Student Aid Index.
  • Submit an autobiographical statement.
  • Complete the two required scholarship essays.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation.
  • Include all required documents in the scholarship package.
