Eligibility

  • Be a permanent resident of Illinois.
  • Be accepted to or plan to attend an accredited culinary or hospitality college, university, or school.
  • Enroll as a full-time or substantial part-time student taking at least nine credit hours each term.
  • Major in culinary arts, hospitality management, restaurant management, foodservice, or a related program.
  • Be under 30 years of age.
