The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship for Adult Learners helps Idaho residents return to college after a break in enrollment. The scholarship supports students completing eligible certificates, associate degrees, or their first bachelor's degree at participating Idaho institutions.

Eligibility
- Be an Idaho resident.
- Have completed at least 24 college-level credits before applying.
- Have experienced a break in postsecondary enrollment.
- Have at least a 2.5 cumulative college GPA.
- Pursue an eligible certificate, associate degree, or first bachelor's degree.
- Attend or plan to attend a participating Idaho institution.
- Demonstrate financial need through the FAFSA.
- Not already hold a bachelor's degree.
- Meet satisfactory academic progress and all additional Idaho State Board of Education requirements.
Requirements
- Complete the Scholarship Idaho application.
- Complete the FAFSA for the applicable academic year.
- Provide prior college transcripts or academic records.
- Provide information documenting the break in enrollment.
- Submit any residency, enrollment, financial-aid, or academic documentation requested.
- Complete annual renewal requirements if selected.
