Eligibility

  • Be an Idaho resident.
  • Be of Hispanic or Latino descent.
  • Be a high school student in Idaho or attend an Idaho college, university, community college, or vocational/technical school.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Demonstrate leadership and involvement in school, community, or organizations promoting diversity.
  • DACA and undocumented students are eligible to apply.

Requirements

  • Complete the online scholarship application.
  • Submit a personal statement (biography).
  • Submit a résumé or brag sheet.
  • Complete the required scholarship essay.
  • Provide a high school or college transcript.
  • Submit two recommendation letters.
  • Submit FAFSA information or the Federal Student Aid Estimator if FAFSA-ineligible.
