The Idaho Association of Counties Scholarship Fund assists children of Idaho county employees and children or grandchildren of Idaho county elected officials with the rising cost of higher education. Scholarships are awarded across Idaho's six IAC districts, along with the Bob MacKenzie Memorial Scholarship.

Eligibility
- Be the child of an Idaho county employee who works at least 20 hours per week, or the child or grandchild of an Idaho county elected official.
- Plan to enroll full time at a college, university, or vocational/technical school.
- Pursue an academic or vocational program leading to a degree or certification.
- Meet all Idaho Association of Counties scholarship requirements.
