Important application dates
This scholarship offers more than one application cycle. Review each window carefully before applying.
Eligibility
- Be a graduating Nebraska high school senior.
- Have a B average or above.
- Plan to attend an accredited university, two- or four-year college, or technical school in Nebraska.
- Enroll in a program related to agriculture or agribusiness.
- Five scholarships are reserved for applicants from Adams, Buffalo, Hall, Hamilton, Howard, and Merrick counties; four additional scholarships are awarded statewide.
Requirements
- Complete the designated Husker Harvest Days scholarship application.
- Submit the application by the published postmark deadline.
- If selected, provide proof of registration before first-semester funds are paid.
- Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA during the first semester or quarter for the second payment.
- If selected, submit a summary describing first-semester college participation and how the scholarship benefited the recipient's education.
How to Apply
- 1Complete the official scholarship form.
- 2Provide all information requested in the application.
- 3Postmark the application by March 20.
- 4If selected, provide proof of registration for the first $600 payment.
- 5Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and provide second-term registration for the remaining $600.
