Hull Educational Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduate of a St. Paul Public Schools high school.
• Attend one of the seven Minnesota State universities.
• Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA.
• Pursue a four-year degree program with the expectation of completing the degree.
• Use scholarship funds only for tuition, fees, books, and supplies.
• Receive scholarship assistance for no more than two semesters.

Requirements

• Complete the online Hull Educational Foundation Scholarship application.
• Provide current Minnesota State University information.
• Provide year in school, major or minor, expected graduation date, GPA, and student ID.
• Submit a transcript from a St. Paul Public Schools high school.
• Submit an unofficial college or university transcript.
• Submit an essay of 500 words or fewer explaining how the scholarship will help complete the four-year degree and addressing financial need.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm graduation from a St. Paul Public Schools high school.
2. 2Confirm enrollment at one of the seven Minnesota State universities.
3. 3Confirm at least a 2.5 GPA.
4. 4Complete the online scholarship application.
5. 5Upload the required St. Paul Public Schools transcript.
6. 6Upload an unofficial university transcript.
7. 7Write the required 500-word-or-less financial-need essay.
8. 8Submit the complete application before April 1.
