The Hispanic Development Fund (HDF) Scholarship supports Hispanic and Latino college students from the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area who are continuing their postsecondary education. Awards recognize academic achievement, financial need, leadership, work ethic, and community involvement.

Eligibility
- Be of Hispanic or Latino heritage.
- Be a current college or graduate student.
- Graduate from a Greater Kansas City metropolitan area high school or earn a GED/HiSET through a local organization.
- Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or graduate program.
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is not required.
Requirements
- Complete the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation General Application.
- Complete the Hispanic Development Fund supplemental application.
- Submit the required essay.
- Upload an official or unofficial college transcript.
- Provide financial documentation if requested.
