Eligibility

• Be a Health Advantage Credit Union member for at least six months before applying.
• Be a graduating high school senior or full-time college student.
• Current college students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.
• Students may pursue education in any career field.
• Students pursuing education leading to a healthcare profession may receive additional consideration.
• Submit a complete application and all required supporting documentation by the published deadline.

Requirements

• Complete the Health Advantage Student Scholarship application.
• Submit a personal essay between 500 and 750 words.
• Submit a high school or college transcript.
• Submit a letter of recommendation.
• Submit information documenting extracurricular activities.
• Upload all required documents through the secure online application system.

How to Apply
