Eligibility

  • Be a Hill County Electric member or member dependent.
  • Pursue your first accredited trade-school program.
  • Enroll in an eligible skilled-trades field.
  • Preference is given to students attending MSU-Northern and Stone Child College.

  • Complete the HCE Trade School Scholarship application.
  • Provide information about the accredited trade program you plan to attend.
  • Complete all supporting information requested by Hill County Electric.
