Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior.
  • Have been enrolled and involved in Hayes County 4-H for the previous two years and/or be Hayes County 4-H alumni.
  • Have completed and submitted 4-H Achievement Applications for the two years before graduation.

Requirements

  • Complete the scholarship application when released.
  • Have qualifying 4-H Achievement Applications on file.
  • Document 4-H accomplishment, learning, leadership, and community involvement.
